About Me
I am a full-time teacher with many other passions, dog training being one of them. I first started learning about dog training, obedience, competition sports and behaviour modification in my early teen years. I've always found it so satisfying to watch dogs and their owners interact when they have clearly built a great relationship together.
In the last decade, I dove deeper into the world of dog training and raised my own dogs very intentionally so that they can be well-balanced and confident in all situations life throws at them. I studied from other experienced trainers and did a ton of research and learning at my own pace. I've worked with a range of dogs, breeds and helped them and their owners work through reactivity, obedience and neutrality.
I have come to value the importance of having a dog that can be a part of my everyday life, whether it's biking, hiking, drinks on the patio or walking on busy sidewalks.
Owning a dog can be complicated, especially with so many different opinions and training methods out there. It comes down to what works best for you and how it works with your individual daily life.
I believe in a relationship-based, balanced approach to training that can become a lifestyle with you, your dog and your family.
I truly enjoy working with dogs and refining my own practices so that I can better serve them and their owners. I look forward to working with you and your dog.
